I think I may be a conservative, but I want opinions. (I'm an American by the way)

I believe in less government power and more power to the people.

I believe there should be a flat tax to all. It should also apply to every product, not a different tax for everything. It's not fair that if someone makes more money, they get taxed more for being prosperous.

I believe we should not fight in middle eastern countries. I believe we should build our defense here in the states and advance our technology.

We should become reliant on our own energy sources instead of the oil monopoly in the middle east.

I believe abortion should be allowed. (I don't believe in abortion personally, but I don't want to decide for a woman. It is here decision and her right. But I would want to convince her to not do it.) I don't think tax dollars should go to abortion funding either.

I want to stop Freddie Mac and Sallie Mae from continuing in the housing market since it's insane how much of a bubble it is in. If not stopped, it should be regulated immediately.

I believe we also need to stop giving government loans for college, and should stop regulating colleges as well. Private banks should be the loaners for colleges, NOT the US. If we bailout all the college students debts (its greater than credit cards), our dollar can end up like being a Yuan. Broke.

Health Care should be owned by private companies and employers and not the US and it's Obama Care. It's insane how your tax dollars are going to help someone else, but the care program is insignificant. It doesn't cover the needs of the individual completely, and it's taking in too much money. But we should stop health care companies from charging insanely high fees.

I believe we should stop sending foreign countries aid. Private donation companies can go ahead, but our tax dollars should not support third world countries in Africa.

Our borders should be secured immediately. Mexican immigrants should not come here illegally. We should enforce regulations and work on an agreement with Mexican enforcement in keeping illegal immigrants in custody for punishment. We should not hold the Mexicans in our prison and waste tax dollars on them.

I believe students from foreign countries should come here with a Visa and have to leave once their education is completed. A degree should also allow them to apply for an American passport. Why should we send back a bright mind?

I believe home-schooling is a great idea. A home-schooled degree should be no different than a high-school degree. This can lower costs in school as well as keeping a teacher:student ratio down, keep kids safe in their homes, and allow them to educated comfortably.

I believe we should keep our 2nd amendment right and allow the use of guns. It should be regulated of course, but should not be regulated to the point of a restriction.

I believe Small Businesses should get grants. Small Businesses are a part of the American dream and can create a lot of jobs. This can give a great income towards the economy.

Farmers who want to build farms should also get grants. Agriculture is one of the best industries in America and should grow with the rising population. This helps families with food and produce being created every day.

Unemployment benefits and food stamps should be limited. It's insane that if someone is lazy or uses drugs that we should bail them out. 2 or 3 months should be more than enough time to find a job.

This is a good amount of what I think in politics, but what's your opinion for my political party? Thanks!

Hey Everybody!!!
On Wensday i have a project for Earth Science due, and I still can't think of any ideas for it!

I have to pick an era from the geologic time scale(Cenozoic, Mesozoic, Paleozoic, or Precambrian), and then pick a creature or thing from it, like cavemen, woolly mammoths, dinosaurs, plants, fish, or anything!

The Requirements are as follows:
1) It can stick off as far as you want, or be as tall as you want, but MUST fit on a 1/2 sheet of poster board(as a base).
2) The poster must depict true fact, feature, or event, of a chosen time era.
3)A brief, well-writen description and explanation of what your poster is showing must be on the back of your poster.
4) Be Creative! Don't just cute out pictures from the Internet or magazines and glue them on your poster. Show some effort!

THIS HAS TO BE CREATIVE & COOL! My teacher is an extremely hard grader, and plus, each project will be voted on by the class, and the top three will receive extra credit (20+ points) and I REALLY NEED those points!!!

This has reallyyyy annoyed me. It happened about ten minutes ago, I had just beat the Elite Four and Champion (which took me about five tries) and after the credits I went to my game file, WHICH HAD BEEN DELETED :(
I bought it off the internet and it's over a year old. I read some things saying that if you've had it for a long time it will delete the data. I'm really annoyed because now I don't see the point of even playing it if I have to start over again and again.

Income Tax 2012 Dependent Crisis, LoL! Please Help.?

I have a problem with my dependents for this year's tax refund. I filed my taxes yesterday, Saturday, I received an e-mail later on in the night saying that an issue was found with my claim. I checked earlier today, and it said the IRS had already received a claim with one of the social security number of my dependents. Since I know NO ONE has EVER had access to my children's SS#, I can't think of who can do such thing like that. Anyway, my main question is, if I prove that my children are the ones who are who I am claiming on my taxes, do I get the money for those credits? or what happens to a situation like this. Since it is Sunday, the IRS customer service line is not open. I want to know something now, lol! Whoever had a similar issue like this, please help me with some answers. Thank You!!!

There was a movie i remember watching in 10th grade where it had to do during the time period of The Reign of Terror. I thought it was the great debaters but i think i got different movie titles mixed up.

I don't remember much except a guy was in trouble and i think to be executed um lets say his name is "Jack". He had a wife and her father tried getting him out which he did successfully once but then he got under the execution list again i think they called it credit. There's a crazier lady who thinks "Jack" should die because her husband ended up executed and no one could help him.

I remember in the end, another guy takes "jack's" place in the execution so "Jack" could run away with his family and live a newer life. The guy that takes "jack's" place then meets a lady in the prison that was also to be educated. i guess before they were both executed they sort of felt a connection and they died together. the end. Sorry if it's a bit scratchy on detail but it was a long time ago and i'd love to finish this movie. thanks for any help.

2.7 GPA, miserable at the university I am currently at, is there anything I can do?

So currently I attend a university which is 4 to 5 minutes from my house. It is a Commute University so we have LOTS of people here over 25 and most people go home after classes.

After 50 credit hours, I have a 2.7 GPA as a chemistry major. I have TRIED everything but social life does not click for me, it is hard to get one started and when I say I have tried, I mean I have tried but most people stick with their high school buddies and live a district away from me.

I majored in what my parents wanted and as a result I did not do as well, I had no backbone to stand up to them BUT now I do have one.

Thing is I am miserable at the university I am currently at. Should I transfer to whatever college I can this semester or apply as a transfer during the fall of my junior year when my GPA is higher? (wondering if I can transfer into UGA)

As the question says, I am deployed. My fiance has started to nitpick everything. For example, we were talking about our wedding bands. I suggested we could buy each others band, or buy a set that we picked out together, and both pay 50/50, because what she wanted was so expensive. Well, she wanted to buy the rings right now, while I'm deployed, before the marriage. I said that I cannot afford them (a set of two rings, over $1500) at the moment because I had just paid $780.10 dollars to finish my student loan. Instead of saying that she was happy I paid that off, or even understanding, because I do NOT make THAT much, and I believe that paying off debt is important, she blew up on me.

She started by asking, "Can you even support us on your paycheck if I don't work (she does have a job by the way)?" Completely random, but I replied, "Yes, I can, but as I told you, I've set goals to pay off my loan and credit card first." Being deployed, I get a lot of money, but I want to pay off my debt FIRST. I only owe about $1800 in debt now, and can pay that off this month with all of my deployed benefits , but I don't think she understands that. If it's not one thing though, she'll find something else to nitpick at me about.

She says I don't care about her feelings because she asks my opinion on the most mundane of things (small talk or current events), and if it doesn't agree with hers, then she gets upset with me and calls me narrow minded. I apologized to her for making her feel like my needs were more important than hers. She said she's glad I did that, but she's only happy for so little time before she finds something else to say. Everything is superficial though, and her attitude flips on the dime. It's just so frustrating to deal with this when I'm so far away and can't be there physically. We NEVER have these problems when we're living together. It has only started recently.
Don't get so upset, all I am asking is that you put effort into an answer. Grow up.

This is my first insurance plan so please forgive my panic. Im really not understanding how copayments work. I work odd hours and have been unable to call my provider the past 3-4 days within business hours and I just got my insurance this week. I need serious help! Ive looked on every help menu, taken the insurance 101 course, google searched, and yahoo answer I could possibly find. I read and reread the coverage policy and am very frustrated. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield Illinois PPO. I think I understand how the deductible works, I have to pay $550 in a benefit pay period according to my booklet before Blue Cross Blue Shield will pay for the "80% after deductible" but the literature in my book is very confusing.
FOR INSTANCE. I made an appointment with a chiropractor that is in my network and close to home. My coverage in my "Enrollment Guide Jan 1, 2012" says:

SO does this mean I have to pay full price for my chiropractor service because I have not reached my deductible? or do I pay $25 because it is a "Physician Office Visit" or do I pay $40 because it is a specialist?

Also, What types of tests are not covered by my specific plan? I need to see a Endocrinologist in which I will need blood work, xrays, and possibly other types of scans. However, in the Specialist Physician Office Visit description it says "Surgeries, therapies, and other diagnostic procedures may be subject to the deductible and/ or coinsurance. -$40 copay then 100%." Does that mean I pay $40 copay plus 80% deductible covered then 100%? Im not sure what 100% of exactly what I am supposed to be paying for. How do I know or find out how much I am supposed to pay and what applies or is covered and what does not apply or get covered according to my specific coverage? PLEASE HELP!
