Lots will depend on the car you drive, were you live and how much insurance you carry. I would suggest a POS beater with liabiltiy only. Two at fault wrecks and only 18 yrs old is going to cost you heavily.

yeah-depends on the car type (sports cars insure higher than a station wagon)
what kind of safety features (airbags and day time running lights can get you a small discount)
if you are in school-good grades might get you a small discount (some insurance companies offer it)
also depends on if you own the car or you are still paying on it. Full coverage is more expensive than liability insurance.

Keep in mind-if you are an 18 year old male your insurance is going to be higher than an 18 year old females. Mens insurance is higher until they turn 25 I believe. Those 2 wrecks are not gonna help the price either.

If you still live with your parents you can try asking them if you can get on their policy. It will make theirs go up but you can pay them the difference. Just try not to get into any more accidents!

Cant really give a ball park with $$$ since we don't know the type of car and other details. Try getting on an insurance website and get some quotes. Places like Progressive and E-surance give quotes online.

Unfortunately, its going to be expensive for you no matter what. For full coverage, youre probably looking at around 1200 a month or so and that may be way too low. One more ticket and/or wreck and you may not get insurance or your rates will fo sky high. Its no longer cheap to drive nowadays. Shop around for best deal and only get what you absolutely need to drive on. Good luck
